Hello From Me

My name is Jamie and for more than ten years I’ve been helping adults and children enjoy getting fit and staying healthy. You can’t turn on the TV or radio these days without being lectured about how fat we are becoming and aren't eating the right veggies, or exercising enough and to top it all, we’re becoming obsessed with technology.

Truth is, we’re constantly changing and adapting our lives. We work longer, have diverse eating habits and devour technology like never before, but we also know more about the human body than any point in history. With the right motivation, enjoyable activities and an understanding of what drives us, we can use this information and technology to create a fantastic attitude to a healthier, happier lifestyle.

Have you ever wanted to participate in an organised event? For events such as the Wolf Run, Tough Guy or half Marathon, I run training teams designed around groups of people who train together in a specific and structured way, all the way through to the event itself.

Are your kids attached to Minecraft day and night? This club is a fun way for kids to learn new skills, develop their bodies and meet new friends (in person not online). And the motivation is completing a fun team based event, just like the adults.
