Group Events

Have you ever wanted to participate in an organised event? Events such as the Wolf Run, Tough Guy or a half Marathon? For events such as these I run teams, so that people who want to participate, can train together as a group in a specific and structured way, all the way through to the event itself.

When I look back at my own fitness history, I realised that I trained hardest when I had an event to work towards, because it gave me a clear goal to aim for. Everyones goals are slightly different and events such as the Wolf Run, are a great way to get social, to work as a team to achieve your personal goal.
