If you like to train at a gym, I work from Fighting Fit City Gym, a friendly independent city centre gym, which is a great base for gym based activities such as; weight training, strength, endurance, flexibility and balance, but with the authenticity of a boxing gym.
If gyms aren’t your style or you don’t feel confident in this sort of environment, I also offer a different approach and can deliver one to one training at your home or the park. Everyones focus is different and its important to tailor a persons training according to their personal goals and abilities. I’ve trained people for some pretty exciting and diverse activities, such as swimming the English Channel, a tandem triathlon team, boxing on a white collar boxing show and many more.
But without doubt, my finest achievement is helping a young gentleman with an illness. He was practically immobile and with that has incredibly low self esteem, but after 7 months managed to lose 70lbs in weight, could jog a short distance but best of all, gained the confidence to go to the park with his young daughter.
